Are you a goldfish or a shark?

What am I striving to be this year?  I am striving to be a "shark" personally and professionally.  I am striving for excellence every day. I believe that "there is no substitute for hard work."  I believe in a shark school for goldfish.  This year we can teach goldfish how to fish for food in shark world.  I do know that there are all kinds of fish.  If we plant the seed, the increase will be afforded if we just believe and remain positive in our thoughts and actions.  We will change perspectives beginning with us.
